Orchard Manor is a 99-bed long-term care facility, and a 25-bed ICF-IID (Facility for the Developmentally Disabled). We employ approximately 130 staff members in Activities, Administration, Business Office, Dietary, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Nursing, Therapy and Social Work. We are a county-owned facility dedicated to the care of residents of Grant County and the surrounding area.

We are celebrating 30 years in our facility. In 1993, we moved from our Old 52 building. This move took several days and great coordination of over 100 residents moved. We celebrated with both our current and past employees on January 30, 2023, with a “Walk Down Memory Lane” in our Resident Center.
