Orchard Manor's Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) is a 25-bed home that provides active treatment and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Our person-centered approach helps residents build independence and strengthen daily living skills in a supportive home environment.

Each resident receives an individualized plan tailored to their needs, goals, and abilities.
