Orchard Manor is recruiting for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s). CNA’s provide a safe
environment, give emotional and social support and attend to the resident’s physical comfort.
The position performs direct care to the residents as assigned and other duties as directed.
Qualifications:

Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant by the State of
Wisconsin


Returning (rehired) CNA’s who wish to work over 32 hours a week:
Rehire Bonus: 1-year commitment, $1,000 total ($250 at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months)
Newly Hired CNA’s:

Sign-on Bonus: 1-year commitment, $1,000 total ($500 at 6 months and $500 at 12
months)


New PRN position (work when able):
Receive $5.00 per hour for weekend differential pay


Minimum commitment of two 8-hour weekend shifts a month or a total of 16 hours a
month minimum
Work at least two holidays a year
Weekend Sign-on Bonus package: 1-year commitment, $2,000 total
Must work at least an 8-hour shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) OR (Saturday,
Sunday, Monday) each weekend
$500 paid at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months.
Allowed 2 weekends off per year
